Over two days, consortium partners will come together to align on the project’s objectives, work packages, technologies, and milestones. Questhub and each Work Package leader will present a 20-minute overview followed by discussion, covering WP objectives, tasks, deliverables and deadlines, as well as the technologies and approaches addressed. A detailed work plan until the end of March 2026 will be established as the basis for further collaboration.
The agenda also includes a visit to the BFI laboratory and technical hall and a common dinner, offering both technical insights and opportunities for networking.
This Kick-off Meeting will mark the official start of EnWaRec, setting the stage for successful cooperation and progress towards energy and water recovery in the European steel industry.
